Of late I have been realising that most of the advice and strategies that seem workable and useful to me, which I've been encountering in self-improvement books and talks I read and watch have something in common:
They all appear to be re-workings of some or all the basic principles of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and/or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
